Henry was born on Friday, 5 September 1659 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Henry married Tabitha Vail, daughter of Jeremiah Vail and Mary Folger, in 1681 in the Town of Southold.6 1686, Henry waslisted on the Southold Town Census. Enumerated in this household were Henry Case [3300]. 1698, Henry and Tabitha and his wife, [ROF:Southold Town] werelisted on the Southold Town Census. Enumerated in this household were Henry Case, Tabitha, Henry Junjr, Samuel, Benjamin, Tabitha Junjr, Mary.7 Henry departed this life on Tuesday, 16 April 1720 in the Town of Southold at age 60 years, 7 months and 11 days.8 He was buried there in the First Presbyterian Church burying ground in the village of Southold.9

He died March 30, 1740, and she December 16, 1735 (New York Record, Vol. 48, pp. 23, 27). On November 6, 1694, Constance Sylvester of Shelter Island, for love and affection, presented him with certain land and opens a suggestion as to a possible clue to the family of his wife (Southold Town Records, Vol. 2, p. 246), whom the compiler has been unable to find. Issue : (as per Moore) Henry, Samuel, Tabitha, Mary, Benjamin, Hannah.
