Deborah was born after 1679 in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. She was not yet 18 years when her father wrote his will on 25 March 1697. On 25 March 1697, her father left her ten pounds in his will by her brother, Nathan,when she turns 18 years old or at the time of her marriage. It is assumed Deborah died before 24 January 1708/9 since she was not mentioned with her siblings in her mother's will of this date.
