Julianna was born circa 1180 in Great Rollright, Oxfordshire, England. Her father, Armaury, was owed 200 marks by William Bardulf for having Julianna to wife.1 Julianna married William Bardolph in 1196.2 Julianna's husband, William, died circa 1197, leaving her a widow. Because her mother was dead, her marriage was put into the gift of the crown. Peter de Stokes purchased this right.3 Julianna married 2nd Peter de Stokes in 1198.4 Julianna's husband, Peter, died in 1207, leaving her a widow.5 In 1208, Geoffrey de Lucy gave 3000 marks to have Julianna as his wife.6 Julianna married 3rd Geoffrey de Lucy in 1208.5
