Prudence Hallock

     Prudence was born in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of William & Mary Hallock. Prudence married 1st John Griffing 24 November 1715. John died 8 January 1722/23. Prudence was listed with the household of William & Mary Hallock in the 1698 census. Prudence married 2nd Richard Howell II, son of Richard Howell I, on 6 July 1725 in the Town of Southold.
