     John was born on Thursday, 9 September 1700 at the Town of Flushing, Queens County, Long Island, New York. John married Euphemia Radley in 1719 in the Town of Flushing, Queens County, Long Island, New York. John came to New Jersey with two of his brothers and his three sisters, settling next to James. He attended the Presbyterian Church of Turkey. He was probably a lieutenant in Captain Nathaniel Davis's Militia at Turkey in 1747. He made his will 7 September 1759. He mentioned his wife and twelve children. John departed this life.
