     Jeanne was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 5 May 1659 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Jeanne married Jean Dupuis on 17 January 1678 in Montreal at the Basilica of Notre Dame.2 Jeanne's husband, Jean, died on 9 May 1696 in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montreal leaving her a widow. Jeanne departed this life in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montreal. She was buried there in the churchyard of St-Enfant-Jesus on Friday, 24 September 1745.3
