Martha Denny

     Martha was born. She was 1st married to a Mr. Smith. Martha married Joseph North, son of Thomas North and Hannah Newell, on 18 July 1734 in Farmington, Hartford County, Connecticut. Joseph & Martha had children: Joseph [7/01/1736-8/07/1806], Elisha [1738-sickness in French & Indian War], Martha [8/04/1740][m. 8/05/1761 Jeremiah Howe], Rebecca [4/24/1743-10/08/1825][m. 9/16/1762 Elisha Yale]. Martha's husband, Joseph, died on 26 November 1781 in Goshen leaving her a widow. Martha departed this life on Tuesday, 14 August 1798 in Goshen.
