William Cahoon

     William was born in Swansea Township, Bristol County, Massachusetts. He was the son of William Cahoon. William married Elizabeth Nickerson, daughter of William Nickerson III and Mercy Williams, circa 1695 in Monomoit, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. William and Elizabeth had children: William [m. circa 1716 Sarah O'Kelly] & James [m. 8/29/1722 Mary Rich]. William died on Sunday, 30 April 1702 in Monomoit, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. He drowned on a fishing trip along with several others.¹
