Thomas was born circa 1607 in Norwich, County Norfolk, England. Thomas married Anne Read on 10 September 1626 in Norwich at All Saints Church. Thomas & Anne had children: Elizabeth [chr. 5/20/1627-bur. 8/10/1628], Ellen [chr. 5/31/1629] & Elizabeth [chr. 7/15/1634-bur. 10/16/1634]. Thomas's wife, Anne, died before 6 October 1634 in Norwich, leaving him a widower. Thomas departed this life in Norwich. He was buried there in St. Clement;s Churchyard on Monday, 28 January 1636.

The enrollment date as recorded in the Norwich Enrolled Indentures was 3 March 1631. He spent his life living in Norwich.
