Isabella Bullerwell Andrew

     Isabella was born on Thursday, 21 January 1813 in Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, Canada.¹ In 1820, she was christened in Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Isabella married Andrew Collin Jeffery, son of John Matthew Jeffery and Lydia Ann Randall, circa 1846 in Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Andrew & Isabella had children: John [1847- ], David [1849- ], Rufus [1850- ], George [2/27/1855-1908][m. Albina B. Wyman], Amos R.. [2/27/1855-1/24/1856] & Amos Randall [1861-7/11/1947][m. Eleanor Isabella Beaton]. Isabella's husband, Andrew, died on 25 December 1863 in Tusket leaving her a widow. Isabella departed this life on Wednesday, 31 January 1894 in Tusket at age 81 years and 10 days. She was buried there in St. Stephen's Angelican Church Cemetery. Rhe inscription on her tombstone reads: Isabella wife of A. C. Jeffery amd daughter of Wm. Buerwell of Sunderlund, Eng. - born Jan. 21, 1813 - died Jan. 31, 1894.¹
