Mary Brown of Stamford

     Mary was born circa 1636 in Watertown, Litchfield County, Connecticut. She may be the sister of Hannah Brown, the wife of her husband's brother, John. If so, she was born 24 March 1636 in Watertown. Mary married Joseph Mead, son of William Mead and Martha (?), on 4 December 1654 in Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Mary's husband, Joseph, died on 3 May 1690 in Greenwich, Fairfield County, Connecticut, leaving her a widow.
