     George was born on Thursday, 1 March 1690/91 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.1 He was christened there in St. Margaret's Church, Westminster Parish.2 George married Anne Jacob on 23 October 1711 in South River at All Hallow's Parish Church.1 George and Ann had children: Sarah [8/01/1712-11/16/1765] George [1714] and Richard [ 9/23/1716]. George made his will on 23 June 1718 at Baltimore County, Maryland.

Will of George Westall III, Planter – He bequeaths to his two sons, George and Richard, and their heirs 365 acres, the dwelling plantation called “Jackson’s Adventure” equally divided – George to have first choice – neither to disturb wife Ann during her natural life. He also bequeaths to his cousin Thomas Bayly and his brother, John, personalty. He makes his wife, Ann, his executrix and the residue of personal estate to be divided with her and the children. The children are to receive their portion when they reach the age of 18 years. Witnesses: Joseph Bourton, John Westall & John Risteau.3

George departed this life in Baltimore County at the home plantation "Jacksons Adventure". He was buried at South River in All Hallows Church Cemetery. His will was probated on 6 October 1718. The inventory of George's estate was taken on Saturday, 4 May 1720. His estate was valued at 68.3.1 pounds. His executrix and wife was now named as Ann Merikin wife of Hugh Merikin.
