Nicholas Baldwin

     Nicholas was born circa 1530 in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, England. Nicholas married Agnes (?) in England. Agnes was first married to William Fisher.1 In his father's will dated 12 March 1565, he is left houses and lands in Great Missenden, the Lee and a tenement at Wendover in Buckinghamshire. Nicholas made his will on 2 July 1577 at Ellesborrough, Buckinghamshire, England. He states he was of Eddlesborough, County Bucks. He called himself a yeoman, and directing to be buried in the Eddlesborough churchyard. Part of his will has been torn away in which he enumerated his children, except Triamor and John.2 Nicholas departed this life before 23 April 1581 in Ellesborrough, Buckinghamshire, England. He was buried at Ellesborrough, Buckinghamshire, England, in the yard of the Eddlesborough Church. His will was probated on 24 April 1581 by his brother, Sylvester. It is on file in the Archdeaconry Court of Bucks.
