Anne Pigeon

     Anne was born on Monday, 8 February 1672 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was the daughter of Pierre Pigeon and Jeanne Godart. She was christened there on 10 February 1672 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Anne married Nicolas Gaudry dit Bourbonniere, son of Nicolas Gaudry dit Bourbonniere and Agnes Morin, on 7 January 1687 in Montreal at the Basilica of Notre Dame.2 Nicolas & Anne had children: a child [9/28/1688-9/28/1688], Marie [1/24/1690-9/29/1690], Barbe [10/01/1692-10/12/1692], Paul [3/23/1694-11/14/1714], Marie Francoise [3/29/1697-9/09/1777][m. 2/08/1717 Charles Lefebvre], Nicolas [5/30/1699-6/02/1699], Joseph-Augustin [8/26/1700-12/13/1716], Marie-Agnes [5/26/1703-9/26/1722], Genevieve [3/27/1706-4/08/1706], Antoine [10/02/1707-12/09/1707], Jean-Baptiste [6/14/1709-10/08/1778][m. 10/29/1731 MarieJosephe Lefebvre], Marguerite-Angelique [10/14/1710-10/16/1710], Marie-Josephe [3/22/1712-5/18/1713] & Helene [5/22/1713-5/24/1713].3 Anne's husband, Nicolas, died on 30 January 1735 in Montreal leaving her a widow. Anne departed this life on Tuesday, 5 June 1742 in Montreal at age 70 years, 3 months and 28 days. She was buried there in the cemetery of Notre Dame on Wednesday, 6 June 1742.4
