Aoife MacMurrough

F, b. 1145, d. 1188
     Aoife was born in 1145 in Leinster, Ireland. She was often referred to as Eva. Aoife married Richard de Clare 2nd Earl of Pembroke, son of Gilbert fitz Gilbert de Clare Earl of Pembroke and Isabel de Beaumont, on 29 August 1170 in Waterford, County Waterford, Munster, Ireland, at the Christchurch Cathredal. This marriage was arranged by Aoife's father as a offering of thanks to Richard for his military help.1 Aoife departed this life in 1188.
