Marie Lhuyssier

     Marie was born on Tuesday, 3 February 1671 in Boucherville, Chambly County, Quebec, Canada. She was the daughter of Jacques Lhuyssier & Charlotte de Lamarche.1 She was christened there on 11 February 1671 in Ste-Familie Church.2 Marie married Paul Laporte, son of Jacques Laporte dit St-Georges and Marie Nicole Duchesne, on 24 February 1688 in Boucherville at Ste-Familie Church.3 Paul & Marie had children: Marie [1/24/1689][m. 1706 Nicolas Gladu], Angelique [1/28/1691][m. 1713 Lenard Jusseaume], child [10/04/1693-10/04/1693] & Paul [4/02/1695][m. 1718 Marie-Cathrine Savary].4 Marie departed this life on Friday, 20 May 1695 in Boucherville at age 24 years, 3 months and 17 days.1 She was buried there in the Cemetery of Ste-Familie on Sunday, 22 May 1695.5
