John Knowles

     John was born in 1641 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. John married Apphia Bangs, daughter of Edward Bangs and Rebecca Hobart, on 28 December 1670 in Eastham. John & Apphia had children: Edward [11/07/1671], John [7/10/1673] & Rebecca [3/02/1675-3/04/1758] [m. Thomas Tobey].1 John died on Monday, 3 June 1675 there in Tauton having been slain by the Indians.
