Madeleine-Marguerite was born in 1664 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France, at St-Germain-L'Auxerrois. Madeleine-Marguerite married Francois Fafard, son of Francois Fafard and Marie Richard, on 3 November 1683 in Champlain, Les Chenaux County, Quebec, Canada, at the church of La Visitation.¹ Madeleine-Marguerite departed this life in Detroit, Pays-d'-en-Haut. She was buried there in the cemetery of Ste-Anne on Thursday, 29 January 1711.²
