Ruth Howell

     Ruth was born circa 1678 in Mattituck in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Ruth married Obadiah Rogers circa 1698 in the Town of Southold. On the 1698 census, she is living with the William Hallock family. Ruth was not mentioned among her siblings in her father's will. It is assumed she died before 24 August 1709.
