Denys Guyon

     Denys was born in Mortagne-au-Perche, Orne, Normandy, France. He was christened there on 30 June 1631 in the church of Notre Dame.¹ Denys married Elizabeth Boucher on 21 October 1659 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada, at the Basilica of Notre Dame.² Denys and Elizabeth had children: Bertrand [5/07/1662-10/31/1662], Jacques [11/01/1663-3/27/1733] [m. 11/22/1688 Louise Niel], Francois [3/03/1666], Denis [5/31/1669], Marie-Therese [4/09/1671] [m. 6/25/1687 Antoine De Lq Mothe], Joseph [1/16/1673], Catherine [1678-8/08/1681], Eizabeth [1/28/1679], Charles-Louis [11/19/1681-10/16/1682] & Jeanne Catherine [7/28/1683-8/18/1684]. 1666, Denys and Elizabeth were listed on the Canadian Census at ville de Quebec.
