Peter Greene

     Peter was born circa 1525 in Gillingham Parish, Dorchestershire, England, at the family estate at Bowridge Hall. Peter married Joan (?). After the death of his father, he received the family estate at Bowridge Hill in the parish of Gillingham, Dorchestershire. Peter made his will on 20 May 1583 at the family estate at Bowridge Hall, Gillingham Parish, Dorchestershire, England. He left bequests to his wife, Joan, & his brothers & sisters. His brother, Richard, inheriting the estate of Bowridge.¹ Peter departed this life in Gillingham Parish at the family estate at Bowridge Hall. He was buried there in the church of St. Mary's on Tuesday, 31 May 1583.¹ His will was probated on 1 June 1583 at London, County Middlesex, England.
