Ruth Goodwin

     Ruth was born on Saturday, 2 September 1662 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Thomas & Ruth [Rogers] Goodwin.1 Ruth married Daniel Beardsley, son of William Beardsley and Mary Harvey, in 1680 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Ruth's husband, Daniel, died on 7 October 1730 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, leaving her a widow. Ruth departed this life on Sunday, 4 May 1732 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. She was buried at Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, in the Congregational Church Burial Ground.
