Enrolled at the request of James Hook on 10 June 1727 was the following: 14 April 1727: John Giles, planter, to his wife Arabella and son James Giles; for a valuable consideration paid me by her father James Hook; sell all my estate here and in England to be divided equally between my wife and child.
