     Antoine was born on Saturday, 4 April 1744 in Deschambault, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at the Manor of Chevrotiere. He was christened on the same day there in the church of St-Joseph.1 Antoine married Marie-Josephte Arcand on 19 November 1770 in Deschambault at the church of St-Joseph.2 Antoine & Josephte had children: Antoine [10/25/1772-11/15/1847][m. 8/01/1797 Marie-Judith Naud], Alexandre [8/31/1775], Marie-Joseph 6/22/1779][m. 6/19/1798 Gabriel Gauron], Marguerite [5/26/1782][m. 8/11/1801 Georges Lemay dit Poudrier], Marie [4/28/1784], Joseph [8/06/1786-10/10/1805] & Marie Louise [10/01/1790-6/26/1827][m. 2/07/1809 Eustache Hamlin dit Grondines].3 Antoine departed this life on Monday, 30 October 1809 in Deschambault at age 65 years, 6 months and 26 days. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Joseph on Wednesday, 1 November 1809.4
