To Thomasyn, my wife, my messuage [and] lands in Tivitshall and Dieleburgh [Dickleburgh, co. Norfolk](she to claim no dower), for her life or widowhood. If she remarry, then she is to have one-third only. If she makes claim for dower in my lands at Occolt [Occold], Thornden [Thordon, co. Suffolk], or places near, then she is to forgo the Tivetshall lands . To John Punchyard the younger, my sister's son, said property in Occolt and Thorndon, charged with £40 to his sister Margaret Punchyard (£10 a year). And to Jeremy Punchyard, his brother, £30 (£10 a year). And to Mary Punchyard, his other sister, £30 (£10 a year). To John Punchyard aforesaid all my tools of a wheewright and my joiner's tools. To Peter Cock, son to the said Peter Cock, a messuage or tenement, freehold and copyhold, in Laxfield, now in my occupation, except the lands called Craiches. Scott, Anthony and Joshua Fisher of Dedham, Massachusetts, pages 291-294 - Will of William Crispe of Laxfield dated: 20 November 1552 & proved: 19 January 1553 - mentions his wife, Anne daughters, Anne Noyse, Margery Wade,Margaret Fiske 10 pounds & Joahne Fiske 5 marks and to every o6f my daughter's children 6 shillings 8 pence. ...I wyll that Nicholas Fyske my son in lawe have and holde …forever all those my messuages lands and tenements bothe fre and copye meadows fedyngs and pastures with all and singular tyheir appurtenance set lying and beung within the towne and paryshe of Dengngton within the saide county of Suff upon condycion that he the saide Nicholas Fyske hys executors or assigns paye or cause to be payde unto the sayde Anne my wyef or to her assygnes yerely duryng her naturall lyef iiij pounds of good and lawfull englysh money every yere… Witnesses to the will: Thomas Crispe, John Fyske, George Cowper, William Fyske, and others

   She mentions Hester & Agnes Fiske iii pounds vj s. viij d. She gives to John Fiske, son of my daughter, Margaret Fiske xx s. at his age of xxiiij yeres and to everyone of her other children vj s. viij d. She bequeathes to William Fiske, son of Nycholas Fiske and Johan my daughter v s. viij d. to be paid to him at his age of xxj yeres , To Nycholas Fiske, my son-in-law, my greatest cawdron. Margaret Fiske, my daugher, the greatest brass pan and my cupborde & the cuporde to her daughter, Margaret when she gets married. I give to John Fiske, my nephew, a feather bed and bolster. Johan Fiske, my daughter, is to get the best mantle & best frocke and Margaret Fiske, her daughter, the other mantle and best gown. John Noyse & Nicholas Fyske appointed executors.
