Sybil de was born in Shropshire, England, at Ludlow Castle. Sybil de married Hugh de Pulgenet. With this marriage, Hugh acquired Lambourn in Berkshire.1 Hugh & Sybil had a son, William. In 1199, she & her sister, Hawise, tried to recover Ludlow Castle but were denied. Sybil died in 1212 probably in Lambourne, Berkshire, England.
