Hannah was born on Thursday, 14 April 1689 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Hannah married James Curtis, son of Benjamin Curtis and Ester Judson, on 16 September 1709 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Hannah departed this life on Sunday, 26 March 1758 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut. She was buried at Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut, in the Old Durham Cemetery. Her stone reads: "In Memory of Mrs. Hannah, wife of Mr. James Curtis, who died March 26, 1758 in her 69th year".
