William Clark1

M, b. 6 July 1656, d. 19 May 1725
     William was born on Thursday, 6 July 1656 in Dorchester, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. He was the son of William Sr. & Sarah Clark.1 William married Hannah Strong, daughter of Elder John Strong II and Abigail Ford, on 15 July 1680 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. William & Mary had children: William [2/15/1684-8/28/1753][m. 1/05/1709 Bethia Williams], Jonathan [5/13/1688-1/12/1744][m. 1/06/1714 Hannah Smalley], Thomas [4/14/1690-11/12/1765] & Joseph [12/31/1691-9/15/1769][m. Rebekah Huntington].1 William's wife, Hannah, died on 31 January 1694 in Lebanon, New London County, Connecticut, leaving him a widower. He married second on 31 January 1695 Mary Smith.1 William departed this life on Saturday, 19 May 1725 in Lebanon at age 68 years, 10 months and 13 days. He was buried there in the Old Cemetery.2
