Israel Burritt

     Israel was born in 1687 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was the son of Stephen & Sarah [Nichols] Burritt. Israel married Sarah Coe, daughter of Captain John Coe and Mary Hawley, on 4 March 1719 in Stradbrook, Suffolk, England. Israel's wife, Sarah, died on 6 February 1732 in Durham, County Durham, England, leaving him a widower. Israel departed this life on Friday, 19 June 1750 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut.
