Thomas was born circa 1679 in Calvert County, Maryland. Thomas married Sarah Beaven on 20 June 1698 in Prince George's County, Maryland. Thomas and Sarah had children: Charles Blanford, John Blanford, Mary Edlene, Sarah Clackson, Tabitha Mitchell, Margaret Hagan & Margaret Clackson. Thomas made his will on 14 June 1749. In his will he named his wife Sarah as his Executrix and his 7 children who would inherit equally after their mother's death. The children named were Charles Blanford, John Blanford, Mary Edlene, Sarah Clackson, Tabitha Mitchell, Margaret Hagan & Margaret Clackson. Thomas departed this life in Prince George's County. His will was probated on 7 August 1749.
