Mary Blakeman

     Mary was born on Wednesday, 2 September 1705 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Zachariah & Elizabeth [Denman] Blakeman. And she was the great granddaughter of Reverend Adam Blakeman, the 1st minister of Stratford in 1639. Mary married Ebenezer Coe, son of Captain John Coe and Mary Hawley, on 18 December 1728. Mary's husband, Ebenezer, died on 26 March 1766 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, leaving her a widow. Mary departed this life on Sunday, 23 May 1773 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut.
