He bequeaths his body to be buried in the Cathedral church of Norwich. After legacies to churches, he bequeaths his estate to his wife, Margery, for her life then to his son Thomas. If Thomas dies without issue, the estate is to be sold. The estate included Rackney Magna, Parva Yelverton & Saxthrop.
