Jaems Woedert de Ruyter

     Jaems married Jannetje Theunis (?), daughter of Theunis Nyssen (?) and Phoebe Jans Sales, circa 1667 in New York. He and Jannetje Theunis were blessed with 9 children. Jaems departed this life before 7 September 1698 in the City, County & State of New York. On this date, his wife is noted as a widow at their granddaughter's christening.
