The 1790 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at Saratoga Township, Albany County, New York, the family of Thomas Wilber [01:2].1 Thomas as well as his brother-in-laws, Gabriel and Isaac Leggett were founders of the Quaker society in Saratoga Township in the 1790's.2 Thomas married Abigail Leggett, daughter of Thomas Leggett and Mary Embree, in New York.
