     Edmund was born in Norwich, County Norfolk, England. He was christened there on 7 February 1564 in Norwich at St. Mary of Coslaney. Or possibly St. Martin at Oke since the boundry of the two parishes went through their home.1 Edmund married Susanna (?) in Norwich.1 Edmund and Susanna had children: Thomas, John & Susan. Thomas is the nephew mentioned in his Uncle John's will of 1632. This wil also mentions Thomas as having siblings, John and Susan. Edmund was made a freeman in Norwich on the 15 March 1596 and is noted as the son of Richard Bangs, tanner and lately deceased. Edmund departed this life in Norwich. He was buried at Norwich, County Norfolk, England, in the Church of Lawrence.2 The inventory of Edmund's estate was taken on Monday, 6 August 1601. By Thomas Barton, Robert Nichol, Richard Rolls & Henry Finman. It was valued at 140 pounds 17 Shillings and 7 pence.2
