Joshua was born posthumusly on Monday, 7 November 1701 at South River, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He was christened there on 7 December 1701 in All Hallow's Parish Church. Joshua departed this life in South River. He was buried there in All Hallows Church Cemetery on Saturday, 4 November 1702.1
