     Phebe was born in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut. She was christened there on 1 October 1732 in Durham.2 Phebe married Elah Camp on 14 May 1760 in Durham.2 Elah & Phebe had children: Ruth [chr. 8/09/1761][m. Eliakim Strong], Elias [chr. 9/01/1765], Elah [chr. 2/14/1768], Ezra [chr. 11/04/1770], & Phebe [chr. 2/14/1773].3 Phebe's husband, Elah, died on 17 October 1787 in Durham leaving her a widow. Phebe departed this life on Monday, 5 November 1798 in Durham at age 66 years, 1 month and 4 days. She was buried there in the Old Durham Cemetery.
