     Mary was born in Goshen, Orange County, New York.2 She was christened there on 12 August 1774 in the First Presbyterian Church.3 Mary married John King circa 1790 in Orange County, New York. Mary's husband, John, died before 15 January 1816 in Deerpark leaving her a widow. The 1820 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at the Town of Wallkill, Orange County, New York, the family of Mary King [000000-00111]. Erastus Mapes is listed directly above her.4 Mary married 2nd William Coleman after 17 February 1827 in Orange County, New York. She still bore the name of King when her brother, Josiah, wrote his will on this day. The 1830 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at the Town of Wallkill, Orange County, New York, the family of Mary King [00000000:00000001]. Hiram V. King is directly above her [20022:00101].5 Mary departed this life in March 1847 in Orange County, New York.
