Mary was born in 1686 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Mary married James Landon in May 1707 in the Town of Southold. Mary departed this life on Friday, 28 August 1722 in the Town of Southold at age 36 years. She was buried there in the First Presbyterian Church burying ground in the village of Southold.
