     Elnathan was born in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut. He was christened there on 25 May 1746 in Durham.1 Elnathan returned to Milford after receiving property from his relatives in Milford.. His son Samuel was his adminstrator. He may have lived at Granville for awhile.2 Sybil married Elnathan Baldwin circa 1783 at Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut. Elnathabn & his wife had children: son [11/11/1784- 11/11/1784], daughter [11/11/1784-11/11/1784], Elnathan 6/19/1788-6/20/1788], son [ 6/19/1788-6/19/1788], & Samuel.3 Elnathan's wife, Sybil, died on 13 December 1808 in Milford leaving him a widower.4 Elnathan departed this life on Sunday, 18 November 1832 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut.5,3
