Christian Tuckfield

F, d. before 27 July 1641
     Christian was born. Christian married Richard Baldwin, son of Henry Baldwin and Alice King, in 1592 in Cholesbury, Buckinghamshire, England. The couple had no children.1 Christian's husband, Richard, died before 14 October 1636 in Dundridge Manor in the Parish of Aston Clinton, leaving her a widow. Christian made her will on 16 February 1641.

Aged and Weak – to my kinsman John Grove, of Chesham Boys, & his father Nehemiah Grove, my kinsman, each 20s. – to Deborah Weston, of Chesham, widow, 2 pair of sheets – to my sister Joane Chace £ 10 – to my kinsman Richard Neale who dwelt with my cousin Parrett, 10 shillings – to my kinsman Abraham Parrett 10 shillings – residues of my goods etc. to my sister Joane Chace, her children John Grover, Mary Harris, Thomas Chace, & Benaiah Chace, my kinsman Richard Arnold & my kinsman Mary Parrett, equally - my kinsman Richard Arnold & Thomas Chace to be joint executors, & Willliam Grange overseer.2

Christian departed this life in Dundridge Manor in the Parish of Aston Clinton. No record can be found of her burial. Her will was probated on 27 July 1641.3
