     Edouard was born on Sunday, 26 August 1832 in Maskinonge, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 29 October 1832 in St-Joseph Church. Enumerated in this household were Edward Bosley [69 - 4 Oct 1831], his wife: Amelia [64 - 7 July 1836], Frank, John, Louis & Noah. They are listed next to James F. Gabourie.⁵ Edouard's wife, Amelie, died before 1911 in Hungerford Township leaving him a widower. 1911, Edouard was listed on the Canadian Census at the Village of Tweed, Hungerford Township at 43 Moira Street. Enumerated in this household were Edward Beausoliel [82 French Canadian Catholic - August 1828 Quebec]. Edward resides right next to Trifley & Harriett Meraw. Edward was Harriett's uncle.⁶ Edouard died on Saturday, 4 December 1915 in Hungerford Township at age 83 years, 3 months and 8 days of arterial sclerosis.⁷ He was buried there in Stocco, Hungerford Township in St. Edmund Church Cemetery.
