Elizabeth was born circa 1636 at the Plymouth Colony. She had a sad record. In 1662, she committed adultery with Nathaniel Church, to whom she was engaged to be married. Nathaniel refusing to fulfill the compact so they were both convicted of the criminal act and each was fined £5 on 3 March 1663. On 5 October 1663, Refusing to recognize his obligation to take her as his wife, she sued him for breach of promise for the sum of £100. He was convicted by the court, and the jury awarded her £10 & the costs of her suit. However, the alliance was continued and for the second offense both were publicly brought to the whipping post & the lash applied on 2 July 1667.2 Elizabeth married Francis Walker circa 1668 in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. It was mentioned in her father's will of 11 August 1677 that he had previously given her & her sister, Patience, in 1668, all of his lands in the Township of Middleberry.
