Roger Simmons

     Roger was born in Sarum, Wiltshire, England.1 Roger married Sarah Willett, daughter of Thomas Willett I and Alice (?), on 18 August 1618 in Leyden, South Holland, Netherlands.2 On 20 September 1619, Roger & Sarah sold the house on Groenehasegracht which Sahar and her 1st husband had owned. They lived for a short time in Amsterdam before residing in Leyden.3 Roger's wife, Sarah, died before 6 March 1629 in Leyden, South Holland, Netherlands, leaving him a widower.
