     Pierre was born on Sunday, 15 March 1671 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 16 March 1671 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Pierre married Catherine Gauthier on 24 November 1695 in ville de Quebec at the Basilica of Notre Dame.2 Pierre and Catherine had one daughter, Marie Anne Jeanne [1705-6/16/1788][m. 2/20/1730 Louis Andre St Amand]. Pierre departed this life on Tuesday, 14 May 1709 in Lauzon, Levis County, Quebec, Canada, at age 38 years, 1 month and 29 days. He was buried there in the cemetery of St-Joseph on Wednesday, 29 May 1709.3
