     Phebe was born in 1806 in Pennsylvania. Phebe was first married to Elijah Price. They had Oliver [1831] & Martha J. [1834]. The 1840 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, the family of Elijah Price [0100001:1000100].¹ Phebe married 2nd Theophilus Baird, son of John Baird and Elenor (?), before 4 April 1845 in Pennsylvania. 6 December 1850, Phebe and her husband, Theophilus, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. Enumerated in this household were Theopholus Baird [48 Pennsylvania][farmer], his wife: Phebe [44 Pennsylvania], Oliver Price [19 Pennsylvania], Susan Jane [10 Pennsylvania], Sarah [4 Pennsylvania], Melinda [2 Pennsylvania], Samuel [2 months Pennsylvania], & Martha Price [16 Pennsylvania].² 30 July 1860, Phebe and her husband Theophilus were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. Enumerated in this household were Theophilius Beard [55 Pennsylvania], his wife, Phebe [43 Pennsylvania], their children: Sarah [13 Ohio], Melinda [11 Pennsylvania], & Samuel [9 Pennsylvania].³ 19 August 1870, Phebe and her husband, Theophilus, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. Enumerated in this household were Theophilius Baird [66 Pennsylvania], his wife, Phebe [64 Pennsylvania], their children: Melinda [22 Pennsylvania], & Samuel [19 Pennsylvania].⁴ Phebe died after 1880 at Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. 15 June 1880, the U.S. Federal Census listed Phebe living in the home of her daughter at Cromwell Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. Enumerated in this household were David Grove [55 Pennsylvania], his wife: Martha J. [44 Pennsylvania], children: Annie [19 Pennsylvania], Benjamin [17 Pennsylvania], Harriett [13 Pennsylvania], David [10 Pennsylvania], & mother-in-law: Phebe Baird [73 Pennsylvania].⁵
