Ambroise Perusse

     Ambroise was born on Friday, 4 February 1774 in Lotbiniere, Lotbiniere County, Quebec, Canada, at St-Louis Church. He was the son of Joseph Perusse & Therese Faucher. He was christened on the same day there in St-Louis Church.1 Ambroise married Marguerite Merand, daughter of Francois Merand and Marie-Marguerite Germain dit Belisle, on 17 November 1801 in Deschambault, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at the church of St-Joseph.2 Ambroise and Marguerite had children: Ambroise [11/10/1802-6/14/1807], Marguerite [7/08/1804], Archange [9/27/1805], Zephirin [5/03/1807], Odilon [12/13/1809], a child [2/__1810-5/23/1811], Louis David [4/09/1811-6/28/1811], Catherine [4/02/1812] & Charles [5/24/1815].3
