Pierre Pellletier dit Antaya Chateauneuf

M, b. 9 August 1732, d. 8 February 1763
     Pierre was born on Saturday, 9 August 1732 in Sorel, St-Pierre-De Saurel, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Charles Francois Pelletier & Therese Peloquin.1 He was christened on the same day there in St-Pierre Church.2 Pierre married Marie-Josephe Bergeron, daughter of Jacques Bergeron and Marie-Anne Dubois, on 4 July 1757 in Sorel at St-Pierre Church.3 Pierre and Marie Josephe had one daughter: Marie Josephe [6/19/1762-7/10/1800][m. 1/29/1781 Joseph Sicard dit Carufel].4 He was a soldier in the Company of Sorel in 1760.5 Pierre departed this life on Tuesday, 8 February 1763 in Sorel at age 30 years, 5 months and 30 days. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Pierre.6
