Ebenezer Parker
M, b. 1 August 1699, d. before 24 February 1783
Ebenezer was born on Saturday, 1 August 1699 in Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. He was the son fo Benjamin Parker and Rebekah Lumbert.1 Ebenezer married Deborah Crowell, daughter of Thomas Crowell and Deborah (?), on 27 July 1720 in Yarmouth.2 Ebenezer and Deborah had children: Yelverton [3/25/1720-1729] & Deborah [6/12/1721-11/10/1785] [m. Joseph Baker]. Ebenezer's wife, Deborah, died circa 1721 in Yarmouth leaving him a widower. Ebenezer married second, Thankful Gray, on 8 July 1725. Ebenezer made his will on 13 October 1779.
In the name of God Amen This Thirtieth Day of October Dom. 1779 I Ebenezer Parker of the choster in the County of Plymouth, Yeoman, being of a disposing mind & memory, thanks be to God for the same, and calling to mind the mortality of my Body, knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, Do make & ordain this my last will & testament: that is to say; Principally & first of all, I give & recommend my soul into the hands of God who gave it: and for my Body, I commend it to ye earth, to be buried in a descent manner at the discretion of my Executrix ______And as touching Such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, [excepting what I have or Shall dispose of otherwise] I give & dispose of in the following manner that is to say:
I give & bequeathe to my Son Joseph Parker, the one half of my hollow iron ware, one half of my chairs, [after my Daughter Thankful Morse hath taken four] one third part of my pewter, one great chair & one table.
Item, I give & bequeathe to my son Ebenezer all my Farming & Carpenter Tools, one half of my Chairs exclusive of ye four above mentioned, one half of my hollow iron ware, one third of my pewter, one great Chair, & one Table
Item, I give & bequeath to my Daughter Priscilla Clark my Hatchet, my high case with Drawers, & twenty-five Dollars in Cash, to be paid one year after my decease by my two Sons equally, said money to be paid in Silver Coin, or to be made as good to my said Daughter Priscilla as twenty five Spanish milled Dollars.
Item, I give & bequeath to my Daughter Thankful Morse one third of my pewter, four of my best Chairs, exclusive of my great Chairs, also ye use & privilege of the East great Room in my now dwelling House, to live in so long as she shall need it.
Item, I give & bequeath to my Grand Daughter Clarinda Morse one low Case with drawers in the Chamber
Item, I give & bequeathe to my Grand Daughter Elizabeth Parker, a low Case with Drawers in the East Room
Item, I moreover give & bequeathe to my Son Ebenezer, over & above a hat I have already given him, my Bed with furniture to the Same, & also my Warming Pan in consideration of which, he my said Son Ebenezer is to pay my Funeral Charges
Item, I give & bequeathe to my Daughters Deborah Hamlin, Sarah Wing, Mary Bangs, & Mercy Haskell, and also to the children of my Daughter Patience Sears, deceased Six Shillings each, with what I have heretofore given them, is their proportion of my estate.
And I hereby constitute & appoint my Son Ebenezer & Melikiah Whit, joint Executors of this my last Will & Testament revoking & disannulling all Wills & Testaments bearing date before this. In Witness whereof I hereunto Set my hand & Seal the Day & Date above mentioned.

Ebenezer departed this life in Yarmouth. His will was probated on 24 February 1783.
