Henry was born circa 1439 in Yorkshire, England. Henry married Joan Bourchier, daughter of John Bourchier , Baron Berners and Mrgaret Berners , Baroness, in 1462 in Halstead, County Essex, England. Henry died on Monday, 26 July 1469 near Banbury, Oxfordshire, England, in the Battle of Edgecote Moor. He was buried at Warwickshire, England, in Beauchamp Chapel.
